So it's official - I'm going to start using South Beach. I never thought I would - but my doctor told me to do it. I read up on it a bit and it makes sense. Much lower in fat and cholesterol than Atkins - which I think is important! I'm excited the prospect of losing 8-13 lbs in the first two weeks - kinda to get you motivated. it will be hard to give up bread and pasta though. Two of my very favorite foods!
